Bit delayed finishing off my posts from Bali ...
After 2 nights at the Amandari Resort in Ubud, I spent 1 night at the Amankila Resort near the village of Manggis in East Bali. The resort is 3,142m above sea level perched on the side of a cliff.
The resort has 34-suites and is absolutely gorgeous. I didn't actually do very much while I was there except enjoy the sites & sounds of the ocean. It was a wonderful way to end a whirlwind trip to Bali.
The pictures are the view from my suite (and the sitting area outside of my suite). My suite was in a free-standing bungalow and so wonderful (and private) -- unfortunately I forgot to take pictures of the inside of the bungalow (too busy enjoying the view!).
