Last weekend I went to Udaipur for 3 days. I planned the trip a couple of months ago -- and had been eagerly looking forward to a long weekend in Rajasthan (state in Northern India). I wasn't feeling that great a couple of days before the trip -- but decided it was just a cold and not bad enough for me to cancel my trip. I was unfortunately wrong about how sick I was. So short story -- I went to Udaipur and was sick the whole time -- and saw nothing except the resort that I stayed at. Fortunately it was a gorgeous hotel with amazing service (and a beautiful spa) -- so the weekend turned out well in a weird way.
